FEE STRUCTURE
ACCREDITATION SCHEME FOR CERTIFICATION BODIES:
- APPLICATION FEE : Involves cost of evaluation of CB’s readiness for accreditation and other administrative cost in application processing. It’s non – refundable and required to be submitted along with the application.
- Application fee for one program(e.g. QMS or EMS) - Rs. 25,000/-
- Additional Fee (per program) - Rs. 5,000/-
- Pre assessment / Initial assessment fee = Rs. 12,000/- per man day (Minimum man days – Pre assessment: 1 man day; Initial assessment: office – 2 days; Witness 2 days, i.e. total of 5 man days)
- Program Fee : Rs. 10,000/- per year.
- Accreditation fee per Client Rs. 100/- per client.
- Certificate of accreditation Rs. 5000/-
Applicable taxes shall be paid by the CBs. To & Fro travel & boarding lodging from HO to CB’s office shall be taken care of by the CBs.
